1. Payment options
1.1. We offer the following payment options for deliveries within Germany, unless otherwise determined in the respective product presentation in the offer:

• Prepayment by bank transfer
• PayPal
• Cash on pickup

1.2. We offer the following payment options for deliveries abroad, unless otherwise determined in the respective product presentation in the offer:

• Prepayment by bank transfer
• PayPal
• Cash on pickup

2. Delivery
2.1. Your order is sent:

- when specifying the shipping weight by DHL

- When specified "This article is sent separately" via DHL Express, UPS or by forwarding agent

These articles require special treatment on the transport route.

2.2. We send to the following countries: Germany, Austria.
The shipping costs incurred can be found under point 3.1 and 3.2

2.3 The delivery times are as follows:

Within Germany: max. 3-4 days

Within Austria: max. 3-10 days

Information on calculating the delivery date

The deadline for the delivery begins in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution or to run on other payment methods the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day will take the place of such a day.

3. Shipping costs
3.1. The shipping costs are based on the weight of the goods, which is specified separately in each product description.

Within Germany:Price including VAT.
Orders from 0 to 5 kg = 8.60 euros
Orders from 5.1 to 10 kg = 12.90 euros
Orders from 10.1 to 20 kg = 17.90 euros
Orders from 20.1 to 30 kg = 24.90 euros
Orders from 31 kg please obtain a separate offer

according to Austria:
Orders from 0 to 5 kg = 15.90 euros
Orders from 5.1 to 10 kg = 20.90 euros
Orders from 10.1 to 20 kg = 31.90 euros
Orders from 20.1 to 30 kg = 44.90 euros
Orders from 31 kg please obtain a separate offer

3.2. If you pick up, the seller first informs the buyer by email that the goods he ordered is available for collection. After receiving this email, the buyer can pick up the goods after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

3.2 For goods that need to be sent separately, the shipping costs for within Germany or within Austria are given.

This is pointed out separately on the respective product page.

3.3. Please note that further taxes (for example in the event of an intra -Community acquisition) and/or levies, for example in the form of tariffs that are to be borne by you, can be noted for cross -border deliveries.
