The manufacturer's industrial water coolers have been widespread worldwide for decades and have proven themselves to cool CNC systems, laser systems, injection molding machines and in countless other areas of application.

The CW-6100 is an active water cooler from the S&A family and ideally suited to operate laser tubes with an output of up to 400W at a constant operating temperature.

Due to the strong water pump, the cooling of 2 laser tubes with the CW-6100 can also be realized.

The device has an integrated warning device that acoustically warns if or not in sufficient amount of flowing cooling water and can also stop or switch off your laser machine via a laser contact in the event of an error.

The maximum and minimally permissible temperature of the cooling water can be determined individually. The alarm function of the device also triggers exceeding the limit values.

The current cooling water temperature is permanently displayed by a easily recognizable LED display, which also serves to define the chiller.  

The CW-6100 has often proven itself in professional use for laser tubes of up to 400W and RF laser sources up to 200W. Due to the constant operating temperature of the laser tube, they extend their lifespan on the one hand and can reproducibly determine the laser power released.
